SaaS customers

Using app.featbit.co? Just sign in. Your support workspace shares the same members as your FeatBit workspace — everyone on your team sees the tickets you open here.

Self-host customers

Running FeatBit on your own infrastructure? You have two options:

  • Sign in with any FeatBit account
    Fastest path. Members of your self-host workspace aren't synced here, so only whoever signs in can see the tickets.
  • Get a dedicated support workspace
    We provision a private workspace for your team so members can collaborate on tickets together.
